Alivia Push past your limits, surprise yourself


I was first introduced to group fitness at the age of three when I started dance classes. I continued my dance for 12 years and later took up volleyball, lacrosse and boxing. My favorite way to sweat is any time that I can really push myself to reach my limits. I specifically love when it doesn’t feel like I am doing a conventional workout, but I am still getting the same results…..that’s why I love indoor cycling I think the best part of a workout is loud music and awesome beats that get my adrenaline pumping. The beats always help me to push myself, that is one reason I love the CycleBar brand so much! I absolutely love the CycleBar family; everyone on their bikes together working and feeling all the energy in the theatre! Being in a positive and supportive atmosphere of people working and achieving their goals is a wonderful feeling and I love being a part of it!
